The falls are impressive specially during monsoon season. To have a closer look, one can look through the telescopes available for a nominal charge, though you may need to bargain quite a bit.

Nice to see and the stopover doesn’t take more than 15 minutes , after which one can continue with the journey towards Mahabaleshwar or Panchgani.

This place is a must visit site. Charges are 12Rs per person. As long as you start climbing the stairs you will be seeing a difference in serenity with a diverse river getting formed through streams upside and increasing natural beauty.
